		<description><![CDATA[ಧ್ಯಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರಮುಖವಾದುದ್ದು &#8216;ಆಸನ&#8216; ಸ್ಥಿರವಾದ, ಸುಖವಾದ ಯಾವುದಾದರು ಆಸನವನ್ನು ಆಯ್ಕೆಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. ನೆಲದಮೇಲಾದರೂ, ಕುರ್ಚಿಯಮೇಲಾದರೂ ಕುಳಿತು ಧ್ಯಾನಮಾಡಬಹುದು. ಧ್ಯಾನ ಯಾವ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಾದರೂ ಮಾಡಬಹುದು. ಮುಖ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಅನುಕೂಲಕರ ಸ್ಥಳ, ಸಮಯವಿರಬೇಕು. ಹಾಯಾಗಿ ಕುಳಿತುಕೊಳ್ಳಿ. ಕಾಲುಗಳನ್ನು ಒಂದರೊಡನೆ ಒಂದು ಸೇರಿಸಿ. ಎರಡೂ ಕೈ ಬೇರಳುಗಳನ್ನು ಒಂದರೊಡನೆ ಒಂದು ಸೇರಿಸಿ. ನಿಧನವಾಗಿ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳನ್ನು ಮುಚ್ಚಿ. ಆರಾಮವಾಗಿ, ಸುಖವಾಗಿ ಕುಳಿತುಕೊಳ್ಳಿ. ಕಾಲುಗಳನ್ನು ಒಂದರೊಡನೆ ಒಂದು ಸೇರಿಸಿ. ಎರಡೂ ಕೈಬೆರಳುಗಳನ್ನು ಒಂದರೊಡನೆ ಒಂದು ಸೇರಿಸಿ ಕುಳಿತಾಗ ನಮ್ಮೊಳಗೆ ಹಾಗೂ ನಮ್ಮ ಸುತ್ತಲೂ ಒಂದು &#8216;ಶಕ್ತಿ ವಲಯ&#8216; [...]<img alt="" border="0" src="http://stats.wordpress.com/b.gif?host=meditationgurukannada.wordpress.com&amp;blog=3099471&amp;post=3&amp;subd=meditationgurukannada&amp;ref=&amp;feed=1" width="1" height="1" />]]></description>
